Your Mission
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will guide customers through every step of their purchasing journey, delivering a personalized and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with professionalism and authenticity
- Understand customer needs and recommend the vehicle that best suits them
- Present the technologies, features, and distinctive benefits of Volvo vehicles
- Conduct and assist with test drives
- Prepare and close sales transactions
- Provide thorough follow-up after delivery to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
- Participate in brand training sessions and events
- Work closely with the Finance, Detailing, and Service departments
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (required)
- Experience in the luxury automotive sector (strong asset)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Passion for automobiles, design, and new technologies
- Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- French and English bilingualism (English required)
