About the Position
We are seeking a passionate General Manager to join our team at Groupe Taddeo Auto. This key role involves overseeing the management and performance of Honda operations while ensuring an outstanding customer experience and achieving business objectives.
Specifically, the General Manager leads and directs the dealership in line with profit and performance objectives. He is also responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and the profitability of each department while applying sound business management practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring each department functions efficiently and effectively to maximize overall performance.
- Develop and manage the dealership’s annual budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated wisely to support the company’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with sales managers to optimize vehicle sales performance by developing sales plans and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, and talent development, to build a high-performing and motivated team.
- Work closely with the marketing department to design advertising and promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage relationships with key partners and suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and securing strong strategic partnerships.
- Regularly assess business performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
- Analyze dealership results, compare them to targets, and implement corrective measures when performance is unsatisfactory.
- Represent the dealership with major clients, the manufacturer, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.
- Organize and plan executive team meetings.
